Spector Bass Warranty:

Stuart Spector Design, Ltd. warrants this instrument to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All Spector Performance Series and Professional Series basses are covered by a 5 Year Warranty and all Europe Series and all USA Series are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty when purchased from an authorized Stuart Spector Design, Ltd. Dealer subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased from an authorized Stuart Spector Design, Ltd. dealer, and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt with the instrument serial number and his/her name indicated as the purchaser thereon) at the time service is requested. Electronic components, tuning machines, and case hardware are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Barcus Berry Warranty:

Barcus-Berry warrants its products to be free from defects in materials, components and workmanship for one year from date of purchase, provided the warranty registration card (included in the product packaging) is filled out and returned within 10 days of purchase date. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, this product with a new or reconditioned product. It is understood that it is the buyer's responsibility to return this item to the dealer from whom it was purchased*, all postage and insurance being prepaid. This warranty is null and void if this product has been tampered with, damaged by accident, neglected, or misused, nor does it cover damage caused by weather or storage conditions. Barcus-Berry reserves the right to determine neglect. This warranty is valid in the USA only. In some states you may have legal rights other than those stated herein.

All new Taylor guitars and basses purchased in the U.S. or Canada from an Authorized Taylor Guitars Dealer are eligible for lifetime limited liability warranty coverage. For complete details about warranty coverage, please visit the warranty information section of the website.

If you are a Taylor owner and have not registered your guitar, please return the registration card included with your guitar or register online. Though used Taylors are not eligible for warranty coverage, we do recommend that you register online.

SKB Cases Million Mile Guaranty!                                                           

SKB brand hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, SKB will either supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace the case at no cost to you for as long as you own the case. Most locks, handles and wheels have been made field replaceable and will be supplied to you at no charge. (Electronic components in SKB brand hardshell pedalboard systems are warranted for five years from date of purchase.) To request field replaceable parts please email customerservice@skbcases.com. You will be given instructions on how to visit the SKB Store to order parts directly at no charge. SKB hardshell cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. Cases for rental purposes, modified or re-sold cases are not covered by this warranty.
